What we process
Account data (name, email, password hash, language, time zone), the sites and monitors you configure, check results and incidents, notification settings (channel details are stored encrypted), billing data held by our payment provider, and consent records (version and time of the terms you accepted).
Why
To provide the monitoring service you asked for, to secure it, to bill it and to meet legal duties. Product emails (welcome, setup tips) can be switched off with one click.
Free tools
The free public tools store the result of a scan for 30 days, together with a salted hash of the requester's IP address that changes every day. Raw IP addresses are not stored.
Where and how long
Data is hosted in the EU. Check results are kept for 7 to 30 days depending on your plan, rollups for longer, as described in the retention schedule.
Your rights
You can export your data and delete your account from your profile settings, and ask us to correct or restrict processing. Contact {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} for anything else.
